Our team of board-certified physicians, nationally certified nurse practitioners, and NYS licensed nurses provide cutting-edge health care to patients in a friendly, welcoming environment.***MUST BE A CERTIFIED MEDICAL ASSISTANT (CMA) *** Starting range depends on experience (Negotiable) $17.00 to $19.00 per hour (CMA with certified phlebotomy $20.00 hrs. ) Job Responsibilities: Triage patients.Assist in our comprehensive on-site laboratoryphlebotomy and sample collectionPerform visionhearingEKG testing; document patient communications in the medical recordPerform duties and assist providers as part of the practice care teamEstablishes and maintains good interpersonal relationships with patients, families, the public, and co-workers.Qualifications: Completion of MA program with certification PhlebotomyKnowledge of medical processes; health care systems, structure, and functionsKnowledge of state law regarding medical assisting, practice guidelines, and office policies and proceduresExperience with electronic medical records.
