Job DescriptionMicrosoft Sales Specialist (Full-Time)The Microsoft Sales Specialist role focuses on driving the overall performance of key partner retailers through assisted sales, training, and merchandising. The Sales Specialist ensures retail associates are equipped with the latest tools and information on Microsoft products and services. They will conduct exciting and engaging live demos and uphold Microsoft brand standards across all product categories.ResponsibilitiesEssential Functions of this Position Drive Sales: Enhancing the performance of partner retailers through strategic sales support, training, and merchandising efforts. Product Demonstrations: Conduct engaging and informative product demonstrations to consumers, facilitating seamless sales handoffs to retailer associates. Training: Deliver both individual and group training sessions focused on Microsoft products to retail associates, ensuring they are knowledgeable and confident in promoting key products. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with store leadership and retail associates to foster a collaborative environment. Merchandising: Ensure branded areas meet Microsoft standards through effective merchandising, stocking, pricing, and maintaining cleanliness. Reporting and Insights: Report daily store visits and provide valuable market insights to inform strategies and improvements. Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the program.
