Operating in the bustling Manhattan market, the company prides itself on building lasting client relationships and delivering projects on time and within budget.Job DescriptionOn-Site Management: Oversee daily construction operations, ensuring compliance with project plans, safety regulations, and quality standards.Subcontractor Coordination: Supervise and direct subcontractors to maintain schedules, manage workflows, and address any issues.Safety Oversight: Enforce safety protocols, conduct regular safety inspections, and maintain a clean and secure job site.Schedule and Budget: Monitor project schedules and budgets, identifying and addressing potential delays or overruns.Documentation: Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily logs, progress reports, and change orders.Client Interaction: Serve as the primary on-site representative, regularly updating clients and addressing concerns promptly.Problem-Solving: Identify challenges and implement solutions to ensure seamless project pliance: Ensure all work adheres to NYC building codes, permitting requirements, and company standards.
