DescriptionOur matrimonial law firm is seeking a full-time, in-office administrative assistant who can provide an exceptional client experience for both current and prospective clients while providing administrative support to the firm. Tech-savvy, strong work ethic and punctuality are essential. Hours are 9 am - 5 pm. No calls, please.ResponsibilitiesCore Responsibilities:•Serve as the Firm Ambassador and the first point of contact for all calls, in-person clients and attorney meetings.•Provide A+ customer service to every caller•Utilize our multi-line phone system to prioritize client interactions while managing other calls efficiently and politely.•Manage incoming and outgoing mail, Fedex, correspondence, calendaring, scanning, managing conference room bookings for several firms•Heavy file management, both physical and digital.•Provide clerical support to the operations team, assisting wherever needed.•Willingness to learn new programs and systemsQualifications•A minimum of two years of experience in an administrative assistant or professional customer service role.•Flexibility, optimism, and empathy towards individuals dealing with matrimonial issues.•Strong attention to detail.•Reliability and responsibility in all tasks.•Technical proficiency: familiarity with Microsoft Office a plus
