Doorman/Concierge

We are seeking a Doorman who will serve as the face of our building. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to visitors and tenants while ensuring the safety and security of the premises. This role is expected to be courteous and professional at all times.Doorman Duties and ResponsibilitiesGreet and welcome all visitors, tenants, and guests in a friendly and professional mannerMonitor the entry and exit of people and vehiclesEnsure the safety and security of the premises by identifying and addressing any security threats and issuesProvide assistance to visitors, tenants, and guests as neededEnsure that all visitors and tenants sign in and out of the premisesMonitor CCTV systems and alarm systemsReport any suspicious activity to the appropriate authoritiesEnsure that all fire safety protocols are followedKeep the premises clean and tidyDoorman Requirements and QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentPrevious experience in a customer service-related role preferredExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsKnowledge of safety and security protocolsAble to work independently or as part of a teamAble to stand or walk for extended periods of timeAble to lift and carry items up to 50 poundsMust be able to pass a background check
