Outside Frame Sales Representative

Job DescriptionThe outside frame sales associate will identify the customers needs and sell framing and building materials products necessary to complete the job. Experience is a must for this position. The successful candidate will travel throughout their assigned territory in order to call on prospective customers and solicit window orders. Must be comfortable presenting and demonstrating product features. Must be able to take measurements in order to ensure an accurate quoting process. Successful candidates will have a good working knowledge of building codes and structural requirements for new home construction. Responsible for meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue goals. The Rep. will deliver small orders to customers and provide an estimated date if delivery based on their knowledge of our production and delivery schedules. To be considered, you MUST have a minimum of three years outside window, framing, or lumber sales experience, excellent customer service skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
