Job Title: Insurance Customer Service Representative CompanyIndustry: InsuranceLocations: Proximity to Westbury, NYSalary: Commensurate with experience + benefits Status: Direct Hire, FT On-Site Mon-Fri Job Responsibilities:•Provide quotes for new homeowner and automobile insurance policies.•Manage and service existing homeowner and automobile insurance clients.•Update homeowner and automobile insurance policies on company websites and the agency management system.•Requote existing customers' policies and transfer them to more competitive companies if needed.•Handle incoming phone calls.•Deliver exceptional customer service to all clients.•Develop and maintain strong client relationships.Qualifications:•Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role within an insurance agency.•Proficiency in computer usage and software programs, particularly Applied Systems.•Outstanding customer service skills.•Ability to multitask effectively.•Strong communication and organizational abilities.•Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a pensation Pay Rate (Up to): $55,000.00 - $70,000.00
