Warby Parker is on the lookout for an Associate Manager of New Store Openings (NSO) to lead the full launch process for new retail locations in your region and beyond. In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring operational excellence, driving cross-functional collaboration, and managing the end-to-end NSO process-from pre-opening preparation to post-opening follow-ups. You'll work closely with the Retail Operations, Construction, Supply Chain, and field teams to create a seamless store launch experience. This role will be based out of our New York City HQ and report directly to the Director of Retail Operations. Approximately 80% of your time will be focused on pre-work, project management, and coordination with field teams and HQ partners to ensure every store opens smoothly and successfully. The remaining 20% will support the Retail Operations team in driving store operational improvements that benefit store growth, collaborating on projects that enhance efficiency and contributing to broader operational initiatives across the fleet. In addition to base salary, this role is also eligible to receive a cash bonus and an equity bonus as part of the total compensation package.
