There are many outdoor adventures readily available, including carving the snow at North America's only year-round ski resort, hiking along the Columbia River Gorge or taking a day trip to the unmatched beauty of the Oregon coast.Job Summary:Consolidates and processes data gathering results of demographic information of referral bases (i.e. diagnoses, referral sources, insurance, visit ratio, etc.) for administrative use. Compiles the regulatory compliance components of department. Obtains insurance authorizations and provides updates on coding and billing procedures for department. Coordinates small program(s) with limited budgetimpact. Applies substantial knowledge and experience to perform a wide range of advanced activities andor determines how to use resources to meet schedules and goals; serves as working supervisor for team or work group.Job Requirements:Education and Work Experience: High School EducationGED or equivalent: Preferred Associate'sTechnical Degree or equivalent combination of educationrelated experience: Preferred Five years' relevant experience: Preferred Certified Medical Assistant- Preferred Essential Functions: Manages staff competency completion. Monitors staff compliance with documentation, billing, staff requirements and continuing education Coordinates daily activities and functions of PI program. Manages ongoing authorization for Office of Medical Assistance Programs (OMAP) and worker's compensation insurances. Maintains monthly statistics, physician referrals, insurance verifications and authorization. Monitors productivity and charge accuracy. Reviews patient charts for accuracy and treatment outcomes.
