Managing Attorney - Lemon Law Specialist

Description: Our Client is a rapidly growing consumer-focused law firm specializing in lemon law cases.Our mission is to deliver efficient, client-first legal services while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.We are building a team of passionate legal professionals dedicated to making a positive impact for our clients.We are seeking an experienced and visionary Managing Attorney to lead our legal this role, you will oversee the firm's day-to-day legal operations, mentor the staff, and drive strategic initiatives to ensure exceptional service delivery and compliance with legal standards.This is a leadership role that requires strong legal acumen, management experience, and a commitment to fostering a collaborative team environment.Lead and manage the firm's legal team, ensuring high-quality case outcomes and client satisfaction.Oversee the firm's lemon law cases from intake to resolution, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical standards.Represent clients in lemon law cases, including pre-litigation negotiations, mediation, arbitration, and municate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel to manage cases effectively.Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and execute strategic goals for the firm's growth and success.Monitor case metrics, workflows, and team performance to optimize efficiency and productivity.Handle a select caseload of complex or high-profile cases.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of lemon law and other relevant legal areas to guide the team effectively.Ensure compliance with all state and federal laws, regulations, and ethical standards. Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.Active bar license.2+ years of experience in lemon law or consumer protection litigation.Proven leadership and team management experience in a law firm setting.Strong analytical, negotiation, and courtroom skills.Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.Familiarity with law firm operations and case management software.Experience scaling legal teams or managing multi-state operations.Demonstrated ability to handle complex and high-volume caseloads.
