After the initial training phase, the possibility of increased remote work can be discussed and agreed upon with the managerHours: 40 hours per week, Mon-Fri (9:00am-5:00pm)Internship Start Date: June 2, 2025Internship End Date: August 8, 2025Estimated pay rate: $20 per hour for undergraduate interns, $25 per hour for graduate internsMust be legally authorized to work in the United States, without the need for sponsorship now or in the futureAccess to a private workspace with reliable internet connection is requiredEssential Tasks - In this job, you will:Enhance program managementproject management tools and reportingCreate portfolio level reporting across teamsLearn business areas and create process flows for key business processes Assist with facilitating team meetings and taking meeting notesReview key program dependencies Perform analysis on complex data sets Generate ad hoc and repeat reporting to support multiple departmentsGeneral Skills and Abilities - In this job you will demonstrate:The ability to collaborate with other interns, employees, and business leaders to solve current business problems and deliver solutionsThe ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally to assist with facilitating team meetings and taking meeting notesProblem-solving skills to be able to analyze complex data sets and generate reportsAn interest in the healthcare sectorDigitalTechnical Skills - In this job you will demonstrate:Intermediate to expert data management skills (such as using advanced formulas like VLOOKUP and creating Pivot Tables) using Microsoft ExcelEducationKnowledge: Undergraduate Students: Must be a junior or senior pursuing a Bachelor's degree at an accredited institution or have completed a Bachelor's degree within the past 12 months. Minimum 3.0 GPA required.Graduate Students: Must be currently enrolled in a Master's program at an accredited institution or have completed a Master's degree within the past 12 months.
