Let's work together to create a significant difference in the well-being of our patients.Responsibilities•Assist healthcare providers at Minnesota Rehabilitation Medicine Associates in Minneapolis, MN, US with documentation and administrative tasks during patient encounters•Ensure accurate and efficient documentation of patient medical histories, symptoms, and treatments in electronic health records (EHR)•Transcribe physician orders, prescriptions, and other medical instructions accurately and efficiently•Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure timely and precise documentation•Provide medical administrative support including scheduling appointments and managing patient records•Aid in coding and billing processes to guarantee accurate reimbursementQualifications•Previous experience working as a Medical Scribe or in a similar role is highly preferred•Understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and basic life support is essential for this position•Proficiency in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems is required.•Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail are crucial attributes•Ability to multitask effectively and thrive in a fast-paced medical environment•Excellent communication skills are necessary to collaborate with healthcare professionals•Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and patient needs is a must•A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role is preferred•Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite is expected•A flexible schedule and the ability to work independently are important for this role
