The platform has generated over $500 million in revenue since March 2024 - attracting significant attention in the crypto community.Role OverviewThey are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Finance Manager to oversee treasury management, financial operations, and long-term financial strategy. This role has high growth potential, with an opportunity to transition into a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) position as the company expands. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring financial health, optimizing cash flow, and supporting strategic decision-making.Key ResponsibilitiesTreasury & Cash Flow Management Manage company liquidity, ensuring optimal cash positioning for operational and strategic needs. Oversee banking relationships and financial instruments to optimize cash flow. Implement risk management strategies to mitigate financial exposure, particularly in the volatile crypto market. Financial Operations & Strategy Develop and implement financial controls, policies, and reporting structures. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to support business growth. Work closely with leadership to define and execute financial strategy. Crypto-Specific Financial Management Navigate regulatory, tax, and compliance challenges unique to the crypto industry. Optimize crypto payment processing and exchange integrations. Growth & Leadership Lead and build a high-performing finance team. Drive financial insights and analysis to support executive decision-making. External Partnerships & Negotiations Negotiate terms with external financial service providers (banks, payment processors, crypto exchanges, custody providers, etc.). Optimize financial vendor relationships for efficiency and cost-effectiveness. RequirementsAt least 1 year in crypto in a finance related roleStrong understanding of crypto financial operations, digital asset management, and blockchain-based financial tools.Experience working at a fast moving impressive crypto company or FAANG level company or scale-up.Able to work in person in NYC 5 days a week
