This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, has strong analytical and execution skills, and can proactively identify and solve business challenges.This is a great opportunity for someone who is hungry to learn, take on responsibility, and make an immediate impact. While prior experience in consulting, banking, startups, or operations is a plus, we're looking for someone who can demonstrate exceptional problem-solving abilities, a bias toward action, and strong communication skills.What You'll DoStrategic Execution: Drive high-priority projects from conception to execution, ensuring alignment with company goals.Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as a bridge between teams to streamline communication, eliminate bottlenecks, and keep initiatives on track.Problem-Solving & Decision Support: Identify challenges, gather insights, and propose solutions to drive company growth and efficiency.Data & Insights: Analyze business performance, prepare reports, and provide recommendations to optimize operations.Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable systems that enhance productivity across departments.Special Projects: Take ownership of key initiatives, whether it's launching a new internal program, optimizing workflows, or exploring new business munication & Alignment: Ensure leadership is aligned on priorities, keeping teams informed and accountable.Stakeholder Management: Work closely with external partners, investors, and key stakeholders to advance business terview & Panel Preparation: Support the President & Co-Founder in preparing for interviews, panels, and speaking engagements to maximize box & Opportunity Management: Oversee inbox communications to identify and capitalize on business opportunities, ensuring strategic follow-ups (day-to-day scheduling and inbox management handled by admin).What We're Looking ForHigh achievers, whether through work experience, internships, academics, or extracurriculars.Strong analytical skills with the ability to break down complex problems and drive execution.Highly organized with a bias toward action-gets things done efficiently and effectively.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work across teams and influence without fortable operating in ambiguity and finding clarity in chaos.A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset-no task is too big or too small.Deep understanding of ShopMy's mission, values, and fast-moving startup culture.Why Join Us?Work directly with leadership in a high-impact, strategic role.Fast-paced, high-performance environment where your work will directly shape the company's petitive compensation and benefits.Opportunity to grow alongside a rapidly scaling compliance with New York Pay Transparency Law, the salary range for this position is as shown.
