More can be found out about us at as well as Richelieu YouTube.Key ResponsibilitiesThe Outside Sales Representative is responsible for the overall relationship and management of day-to-day sales activities towards cabinet and furniture manufacturers in hisher territory. You will successfully manage the sales of Richelieu product solutions through structured consultative sales discussions, ultimately serving as a business advisor towards your customers. By positioning yourself as an indispensable resource, you will enable your customers to solve problems and increase business results. In turn, you will be building a thriving business of your crease Board and Panel product sales as a specialist in those categories, selling directly and partnered with others Schedule and hold face-to-face meetings with new and existing customers, learning about their business and how Richelieu product solutions can enhance their resultsMaintain accountability for the growth of your territory, both through new customer acquisition as well as the development of existing relationshipsIdentify and analyze past buying patterns of current accounts, and brainstorm ways to become their stronger, more inclusive supplierProvide a state of the art customer service experience, positioning yourself as their desired one-stop shopEducate yourself on, and continuously stay up to date with, Richelieu's product offerings as well as ever-changing market conditions and competitive analysisHold responsibility for system information and reporting in CRM applicationPosition may require liftingpushingcarrying items up to 50 pounds, working around fumes, airborne particles, or toxic chemicalsWhat We Are Looking ForSuccessful outside sales experience with wood panels, laminates, and boards (ideally in the kitchen andor bath space)Passionate, proactive, coachable, strong work ethicAbility to schedule and manage your own time, delivering on the activities that produce resultsExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsAnalytical, planning, organizing, and monitoring skillsMust be proficient with Microsoft Office applications; able to effectively use Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams for daily responsibilities and tasksExperience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software an assetUniversity degree preferred, but not requiredThis position may occasionally involve liftingpushingcarrying items up to 50 poundsCompensation and BenefitsTotal annual earnings (base pay + commission + bonus) potential for the first 1-2 years is estimated to be approximately $85,000 - $105,000 (with no cap on commissions; total earnings will likely increase over time)Monthly car allowance and mileage reimbursementCompany cell phone Business expense reimbursementGroup insurance program (medical, dental, vision, life, disability, etc.)Employee Stock Purchase Plan with employer matching401(K) with employer matchingCompany cell phonePaid vacation, sick days, and 9 paid holidays per year
