As an Inside Sales Representative specializing in Occupational Healthcare, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by identifying, nurturing, and closing sales opportunities within the healthcare industry. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential clients, including employers, healthcare providers, and staffing agencies, to promote our occupational health services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client needs, develop tailored solutions, and ensure a seamless customer experience. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, the ability to manage a high volume of sales inquiries, and a passion for helping organizations create safe and healthy workplaces.
