Clerk - Full-Time PositionLocation: New YorkSalary: $50,000What You'll Do:As a Clerk in our New York office, you will perform a variety of administrative tasks to support the efficient operation of our firm. Your key responsibilities will include:Administrative Support:Handle incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring timely distribution.Photocopy, scan, and maintain files and records in an organized anize and maintain file rooms.Office Support:Occasionally run office errands as needed.Assist the Office Services Manager with administrative tasks such as planning company events and setting up for firm meetings and outings.Perform light lifting as required.Task Management:Multitask and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.Ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.What You'll Bring:Skills:Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks.Good communication skills.Attributes:Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Positive attitude and willingness to learn.Reliable and punctual.Requirements:Must have your own car for running errands.No experience necessary - we are willing to train the right person.Benefits:Full benefits package, including health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, and more.
