We are seeking an Installer Network Manager to grow and scale our installer network. This role is ideal for someone who understands the home services landscape, excels at recruiting skilled installers, and can quickly build strong relationships nationwide.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild our network of skilled installers through a variety of recruitment strategies (cold calling, attending conferences, referral programs, etc)Oversee installer onboarding and training programs Actively monitor installer performance and oversee quality assurance processesProactively identify and resolve challenges to retain top installers and build long-term, trusted relationships.Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseExperience in the home services industry, with a background working closely with installers Ability to confidently "speak the language," quickly build rapport, and intuitively assess quality and fit Above-average tech proficiency, with the ability to quickly learn new tools and platformsProactive, adaptable, and resourceful, with a proven ability to wear multiple hats in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiencesBenefitsOpportunity to help solve a critical problem in home safety and accessibilityCompetitive salary, stock options, and benefits.Collaborative, flexible work environment with a supportive and uplifting culture.
