We are seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Office Manager to provide high-level administrative support. This role reports directly to the Office Manager while collaborating with managing partners on administrative reporting. Enjoy a hybrid work environment, expected in-office 3 days a week. Salary up to $90K.Key Responsibilities:Assist with monthly billing, including posting client expenses in Timeslips and QuickBooks, and preparing client bills using LEDES1998.Manage accounts payable, receivable, collections, bank deposits, and trust fund municate with vendors about invoices and account status.Process expense reimbursements and assist with HR and benefits administration.Support onboarding, training, and development of new employees.Handle file and document management using FileVine.Ideal Candidate Will Bring:3-5 years of law firm administration experience.Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel; familiarity with Timeslips and legal billing software is a plus.Strong communication skills, discretion with confidential information, and meticulous attention to detail.Highly organized, with the ability to multitask and work independently under pressure.Experience in benefits or HR administration is advantageous.Why Join Us?Collaborate with a professional and supportive team in a hybrid work setting.
