Duties and Responsibilities: Working directly with customers both in person and on the phone in a retail atmosphere.Helping customers identify correct replacement parts for their trucks or trailers.Picking parts from inventory for deliveriesHelping to restock inventory.Create invoices and process payments, process returns, and credits.RequirementsMust have a background in heavy truck or automotive parts or possess a mechanical aptitude.Must be comfortable with internet-based applications.Must have a willingness to learn and become better in their careerMust be dependable.Positive attitudeMust communicate effectively with managerial staff.Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.Must be committed to working flexible hours as needed.Will need to have the ability to sit, squat, bend, pull, and lift up to 50lbs
