In this role, you will partner with Advisors and internal specialists to help deliver family office services to UHNW individuals and families. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is a self-motivated problem-solver, skilled at building trusted client relationships, and passionate about developing a long-term career in the industry.Key Responsibilities:Client Relationship Management:Exceed client expectations - providing exceptional service and fostering strong relationshipsAct as a key point of contact, proactively addressing client needs and requestsFinancial Planning & Analysis:Prepare Excel-based financial exhibits and analyses for clients and prospective clientsAssist in the development of client meeting materials and ensure follow-through on all action itemsTax & Investment Support:Track and organize tax documents and tax impact events to facilitate timely and accurate filings and paymentsBuild reports on private investments, manage capital callsdistributions, and coordinate subscriptionsReview quarterly investment portfolio performance reports and monitor client accountsCollaboration & Coordination:Liaise with clients' external advisors (attorneys, accountants, etc.) to see through collaborative initiativesCoordinate account management with internal teams (ie. transfers, trading, openings, etc.)Process & Technology:Support the implementation of new processes and technology solutionsLeverage Salesforce to document and track client activityAbout Cerity Partners Family Office:Cerity Partners Family Office offers specialized support to ultra-high-net-worth families, blending expert financial, estate, and tax management with day-to-day administrative assistance.
