This is an excellent opportunity join the firm's dynamic team with the chance of being a long-term participant in their collective success. ***This position is accompanied with competitive base salary, lucrative incentive plans and comprehensive benefit plans, including healthcaredentalvision, paid vacationsick time, paid holidays, 401k, profit sharing, allowance for professional development, and more!*** Responsibilities: The Senior Accountant Accounting Manager will be responsible for: SEC financial reporting internal management reporting Technical accounting issues (IFRS, Policy, Research) IPO readiness and S-1 financial sections, MD&A, and footnotes Drafting SEC responses Post-acquisition integration support Divestiture support, including carving out financial statements Remediation of problem accounting issues financial restatements Financial analysis Financial system implementations and conversions business process redesign Complex account analysis reconciliations related to growth or problem areas Qualifications: 3+ years of hands-on Accounting experience Bachelor's Degree in Accounting CPA or parts passed Previous experience with: Consolidations; Derivatives; Domestic Equities Funds, Equities; Financial Reporting Statement Preparation; GAAP GAAS; Month-end Close; Sarbanes Oxley; and, SEC Reporting Working knowledge of Essbase, JD Edwards, Oracle, Peoplesoft, andor SAP Microsoft Excel proficient Solid analytical, mathematical, and research skills Great interpersonal skills Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Strong attention to detail Highly organized
