Offering competitive base, bonus and wider package - this is a hybrid Midtown, Manhattan role in the prestigious US HQ of this leading global law firm.Job DescriptionA varied role, as Corporate Practice Group Manager you will be responsible for:Providing support to the firm's large Corporate Practice GroupWorking directly with Partners, Associates and wider stakeholders ensuring all aspects of the Corporate Practice Group's operations run smoothlyDevelop and lead the marketing, client mapping and business development plans for the practice groupFinancial reporting - monitoring client spend, budgets, billing, forecastingOn-boarding new Associates and hires, ensuring they have all required resources and are able to acclimate at the firm smoothlyWorking collaboratively with multiple departments and stakeholdersMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful ApplicantThe successful candidate will have varied relevant experience:Previous work in a large law firm or professional services accounting or financial services organizationThe client is open to background - the candidate could be a former Attorney or come from a Marketing Business Development Practice Management or Paralegal Practice Lead or Practice Management background within legal, professional or financial servicesStrong project management skills - able to oversee and coordinate the smooth and efficient running of the large M&A practice groupStrong communicator, comfortable working with senior stakeholdersBlend of strategic mindset and approach - spotting issues before they arise, making recommendations and handling financial reporting and providing input on bonus schedules etc.What's on OfferThe Practice Manager (Corporate Practice Group) will benefit from:Competitive base salary c. $170,000 - $225,000 depending on relevant experienceCompetitive annual bonusComprehensive wider benefits packageScope for career progression and advancement within a leading international US law firmExciting time to join one of the firm's largest practice groupsHybrid work schedule (3 days week in the modern Midtown, Manhattan office of this leading firm)ContactAnna JacobsQuote job refJN-022025-6660743
