Job Title: QA Performance Test AutomationJob Type: ContractDuration: 12 monthsLocation: RemoteJob Schedule: Normal business hour Monday to Friday in Central Time ZonePay Rate: $50 per hourEssential Responsibilities:Requirement Analysis and designing detailed test cases and procedures from requirement specificationsTest new applications and repeatable testing for existing productsEnsure all product releases meet or exceed defined quality goalsIterative Development and Release Management process experience in an Agile Scrum environmentWork with business analysts, development teams, and internal groups to ensure customer requirements are metAttends design review and user meetings as requiredDocuments test cases and defects as neededPerforms execution of test plan, continually analyzing test efforts for completenessPerforms system integration, functional, volume, user interface and performance testing on modifications and enhancements before production releases through manual and automated techniquesCreate, maintain, and run automated test scriptsAnalyzes failuresuccess of automated scripts and makes modifications as requiredQualifications:Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) and 5-7 years in software quality assurance focused on Web-based application testing3+ years of experience with Windows operating systems and applications5+ years of experience writing test cases and test plans5+ years of experience using QA testing tools like Azure DevOps TFS, Selenium Web Driver with C# and SQL related tools.3+ years of experience with UI and API Performance Testing and tools such as JMeter or similar tool.Experience with Iterative Development in an Agile Scrum environmentAbility to conduct functional testing, regression testing, system-level integration testing, end-to-end testing, and acceptance testingHave a firm understanding of SQL or PLSQL and relational database conceptsIn-depth understanding of software development processes and methodologies including their documentation and creationKnowledge and experience with version control and defect tracking systemsAbility to handle multiple projects and task responsibilities simultaneously and switch among them quickly to meet prioritized business needsGather, use and analyze defect metrics data to present analysis findings to the appropriate levels of management verbally and through the preparation of periodic written reports.
