Job Summary: To provide overall strategic direction, fiscal management, operational supervision, and training for the organization's direct services business units. Accountable for developing and maintaining systems and delivery of quality services, with a focus on collaboration, accountability, personal development, coaching, communication, conflict resolution, and responsible fiscal management.Mount Olivet Rolling Acres - MORA - is a diverse and inclusive nonprofit that has supported adults, seniors and children with developmental disabilities, behavioral health needs as well as age-related and chronic medical conditions for over 50 years in the Twin Cities metro. An array of services: Adult Day Services, Contracted Case Management, Community Supports, over 30 Residential Homes, Respite, Therapeutic Recreation, Training for Guardians & Families, and a unique therapeutic Summer Camp for Youth with Autism. Our Metro Crisis Coordination Program (MCCP) offers a safety net of crucial and cost-effective services for adults and children.Salary Range: $120,000-$135,000Key Duties and Responsibilities:MANAGEMENT:Assures operational excellence, quality service delivery, strong financial performance, supervision of designated employees, the establishment of departmental goalsobjectives and standards, staff developmenttraining, and strategic planning. Works with CFO to create department budgets and drive fiscal responsibility and budget management across all assigned programs and services. Participates on various committees as necessary, completes evaluations of employees' performance and disciplinary action as necessary, and acts as part of the Executive Leadership Team. RESIDENT ADVOCACY:Functions as QIPD, participates and functions as an interdisciplinary team member, conducts evaluations of programs, team processes, best practices, and residentclient privacy, and participates in decision-making and community integration. Participates in admissions and demission decisions, evaluates therapeutic services, coaches on Individual Program Plan format and Person-Centered Processes, documentation of programs and resident progress documented in the medical record. REGULATION COMPLIANCE:Has working knowledge of all Rules and Regulations including but not limited to ICF, 245D, 245A, 245B (consolidated Rule 3442), 40. 53. 10. 185, 203, 41, ICFMR. Federal regulations, supervised living facility regulations, psychotropic medication monitoring, quality assurance, and review.Adheres to all policies and procedures, including the Client Bill of Rights. HUMAN RELATIONS:Communicates effectively verbally and in writing, problem-solves, promotes team building, recognizes employees, presents self as an effective role model, and displays positive, supportive, and cooperative conduct. Strong partner to Human Resources, Finance, Quality Enhancement, Communication, Training, and all other service areas.ASSUMES ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES- As requested. Identifies and responds to resident needs in health, safety, and overall quality of life.Required Qualifications:Bachelors in human services degree, QIDP, andor Healthcare Administration. 7+ years of related leadership experience in the provision of services to individuals with disabilities Proven track record of identifying and implementing new revenue streams and operational efficiencies.Training andor experience in behavior analysis, crisis intervention, and mental health support. Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.Proven results create a positive and collaborative work culture while ensuring accountability and leadership development.
