We are a production's best ally every step of the way. #OneCastOneCrewPosition OverviewWe're looking for a UIUX Designer who is ready to help transform entertainment industry software by designing easy-to-use features that solve real user problems and enable a delightful user experience.Responsibilities include building elegant solutions within our product suite by gathering user requirements, designing graphic elements and building navigation components that enable a congruent and consistent user experience across the digital products.To be successful in this role, you should have experience with user-centered design principles, a variety of design software and wireframe tools and have a passion for creating user experiences that our customers and users love. If you have a portfolio of professional design projects that includes work with enterprise SaaS applications, we'd like to meet you. Core ResponsibilitiesWork in collaboration with product managers, engineers, customer success and implementations teams to envision and design impactful and delightful product experiences From design strategy and research, to ideation and production, to handoff and QA, you will lead every step of the design process for a variety of mediums, ensuring we are shipping meaningful and quality experiences Produce user requirements specifications, personas, storyboards, scenarios, flowcharts, design prototypes, and design specificationsDefine the user experience, interactions, and user interface through user flows, information architecture, sketches and wireframesClearly illustrate design ideas through the creation of mockups and prototypes, both low and high fidelity, and present to internal and external stakeholders to gather feedbackBreak down complex problems to find discrete and meaningful solutions that improve the efficacy of our users within the productsGather insights from primary and secondary user research to better understand our customers, and translate insights into product recommendations Design a variety of UI elements, such as menus, buttons, navigation elements, widgets and other user interactionsUse design systems to support rapid, iterative development, and make recommendations of how they can evolve based on user and stakeholder feedbackWork with your team and listen to feedback to reach solutions together, while inspiring and helping others by bringing fresh perspectives Adhere to best practices and user-centric design methodologies for UI components, fonts, colors and imagesOther duties as assignedKey Qualifications3+ years of experience in UIUX product design or similar role on SaaS platformsA standout design portfolio that demonstrates examples of how you used research to frame problems and solved them collaboratively with cross-functional fortable working with Figma, Axure, Usability Hub and other design-related softwareMust have working knowledge of Google's Material Design StandardsExperience designing final UI components using SketchExperience creating wireframe prototypes using FigmaWorking knowledge of usability testing methodologies and stakeholder interviewsTeam spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholdersGood time-management skillsGood written, verbal, and listening skillsComfortable in group or small settingsBS in Design, Graphic Design, HSCI or relevant fieldPreferred Qualifications 3+ years of work experience in front end development experience a plusSpecial Work Conditions Sedentary - Involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. Compensation range for candidates in other locations may differ based on the cost of labor in that location. The compensation range for this position is: $145,000.00 - $155,000.00 per year.
