A Sales Supervisor is responsible for driving the business forward by providing an exceptional customer experience and creating long lasting client relationships. Sales Supervisor will lead by example and help set the pace on the sales floor. They will partner with the entire management team to foster an environment of teamwork and creativity. This person is expected to exhibit a strong sense of leadership and to act as a role model. COMPETENCIES:Customer focusDrive for resultsTeam playerTime managementPersonal credibilityTHE RESPONSIBILITIES:Meet personal and store sales goals by ensuring that each customer receives outstanding customer serviceEstablish a returning client business by developing and maintaining long lasting relationshipsActively outreach to client base to strengthen relationship via email, phone call and text messagingUtilize company selling culture and training tools to meet and exceed KPI expectationsActively learn and speak to the trends of each collection, with the end goal of always building stronger stylistsMaintain organization, upkeep, and cleanliness of both the front and back of houseParticipate in all Divisions of Responsibility to support overall business and develop as a well-rounded leaderEnsure that the sales floor is maintained and beautifully reflects the brandMaintain an active sales floor presence to assist and coach staff in developing strong client relationshipsPartner with entire team to execute open + close checklist, shipments, DOR's and overall store standards. In the event that Sales Supervisor is working on 1 person coverage, they are expected to manage the daily Division of Responsibility and openclose checklist themselvesRemain coachable and open to feedback to continuously develop in your roleActively support Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiativesREQUIREMENTS: Previous management experience preferred but not requiredPrevious sales experienced preferred but not requiredAbility to constantly bend, open, lift, carry and move merchandise and fixtures up to 25 pounds as neededContinuous standing and walking; ability to move around all store areas and be accessible to customersAbility to occasionally climb ladders as neededAbility to work daily with telephone, POS and computer equipmentAbility to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
