A Sales Supervisor is responsible for driving the business forward by providing an exceptional customer experience and creating long lasting client relationships. Sales Supervisor will lead by example and help set the pace on the sales floor. They will partner with the entire management team to foster an environment of teamwork and creativity. This person is expected to exhibit a strong sense of leadership and to act as a role model. In the event that Sales Supervisor is working on 1 person coverage, they are expected to manage the daily Division of Responsibility and openclose checklist themselvesRemain coachable and open to feedback to continuously develop in your roleActively support Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiativesREQUIREMENTS: Previous management experience preferred but not requiredPrevious sales experienced preferred but not requiredAbility to constantly bend, open, lift, carry and move merchandise and fixtures up to 25 pounds as neededContinuous standing and walking; ability to move around all store areas and be accessible to customersAbility to occasionally climb ladders as neededAbility to work daily with telephone, POS and computer equipmentAbility to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
