POSITION OVERVIEW:We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Front Desk Agent to join our team and help to deliver the highest quality of service to our guests. JOB FUNCTION, TASKS, and RESPONSIBILITIES:KEY RESPONSIBILITIESGreet guests in a friendly and warm manner; perform guest check-in and check-outReview arrivals and departures for guest preferences to ensure guest satisfactionProvide information and act as a resource to our guests or hotel visitorsReceives and acknowledge reservation requests, cancellations and changesCommunicates guest requests and issues to the proper departmentsCoordinate with other departments to fulfill special guest requests QUALIFICATIONS and REQUIREMENTS: 1-2 years prior Front Office experienceLuxury hotel experience preferredHospitality degree preferredMust be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentExcellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office and knowledge of a property management systemStrong attention to detailA positive attitude and ability to work well with a diverse staffPhysical ability to stand for long periods of timeLeadership and customer service skillsHave flexibility to work a varied schedule, including overnights and weekendsMultilingual (preferred)Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and organizational skillsLooking for growth and development into a supervisory management rolePHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS NOTE: All requirements are subject to possible modification to reasonably accommodate individuals with disabilities.
