Join us!CFO TechnologyAccordion's CFO Technology Practice effectively and efficiently delivers the digital services and solutions to support organizational strategic initiatives.Our CFO Technology experts work cross-functionally - alongside practitioners from all corners of Accordion - to arm CFOs with the appropriate digital solutions needed to implement the team's business process recommendations and to capitalize on value creation opportunities. From ERP, CPM, Analytics, Data Integration, RPA, and beyond, CFO Tech provides finance leaders with a single, objective partner capable of delivering from strategy to execution.This role can be based in any of our US office locations and is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work remotely 2 days a week. Ideal candidates should be local to the desired location.This position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.What You'll Do:Collaborate with clients to prepare & manage objectives, scope, project plan, timeline, budget & resource plan for Anaplan implementationsWork directly with clients to document business requirements and translate them into specific Anaplan functionalityCollaborate with functional and technical team members to develop effective Anaplan solutionsManage the effective transition of requirements to the delivery team, ensuring a clear & complete understanding of requirementsIdentify risks & manage mitigation plans in close collaboration with clientsFacilitate weekly status meetings with clients & prepare weekly status reportsProvide Anaplan consulting expertise utilizing industry experience, business analysis, best practices and a pragmatic mindset to facilitate clients most complex requirementsEffectively configure and customize client Anaplan environments to develop proof of concepts and present sustainable solutions to client executives and key stakeholdersProvide general customer service and assistance to clients and serves as the 'go-to' resource on all project related inquiriesSupervise, mentor and develop junior consultants and business analysts on application and implementation methodologyTravel to client site as neededIdeally, You Have: Bachelor's degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance or Management Information SystemsMinimum 2 to 4 years+ of Anaplan consulting experience including multiple full life cycle Anaplan implementationsExperience as an Anaplan Model BuilderDemonstrated understanding and expertise of connected planning concepts in Anaplan, including but not limited to, Supply Chain, T&Q, and core FP&A use cases such as budgeting, forecasting, workforce, driver-base planning & scenario modelingPrevious industryfunctional experience in Financials, Accounting, Manufacturing, Software, Wholesale Distribution, Services, Retail, Enterprise, General BusinessPrevious experience and ability to gather business requirements and effectively implement on CPM solutionsStrong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skillsExcellent client relation skills, organization, & prioritization capabilitiesIdeally, You Are:A self-starter with a strong work ethicA leader of others; you lead by exampleA strong team player, able to work with team members across all levelsAble to effectively communicate complex issues and solutions, and raise issues to senior team members when necessaryComfortable managing projects with multiple complex workstreams while also focused on your single workstream (you are managing and doing).Excited to be part of a growing team, with a focus on driving future growthFull of entrepreneurial spirit and comfortable in a fluid, flat organizationKnowledgeable about the relationship between Private Equity sponsors and their portfolio companiesPassionate about delivering exceptional client serviceSomeone who enjoys mentoring others and doing meaningful workWilling to get your hands dirty in the details of a project while simultaneously seeing the whole pictureSalary: $145,000 to $190,000 + benefits + bonusActual compensation packages are determined by evaluating a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, education, certifications, cost of labor and internal equity.Accordion is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
