With a commitment to excellence and innovation, they have successfully delivered a wide range of projects across various sectors, including commercial, residential, and institutional.Job Description:We are currently seeking an experienced Superintendent to join our team in White Plains, NY. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8-10 years of experience as a construction superintendent, with a strong background in managing ground-up and renovation projects in the New York area.Responsibilities:Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating activities onsite.Supervise and direct subcontractors, laborers, and other construction personnel to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications.Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety standards and building codes.Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure project objectives are met.Develop and maintain project schedules, including milestone deadlines and critical path activities, to ensure timely completion of work.Manage project budgets, including tracking costs, reviewing change orders, and controlling expenses to maximize municate regularly with clients, providing updates on project progress, addressing concerns, and managing expectations.Implement and enforce company policies and procedures related to safety, quality control, and site management.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.Minimum of 8 y6ears of experience as a construction superintendent, with a focus on ground-up and renovation projects in the New York area.Strong knowledge of construction methods, techniques, and building codes.Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team.Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget while maintaining high quality and safety standards.Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.OSHA certification and other relevant industry certifications preferred.Benefits:Competitive salary based on experience and prehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.Opportunities for professional development and career advancement within a growing company.Dynamic and collaborative work environment with a focus on teamwork and innovation.How to Apply:If you are a seasoned Superintendent with a strong background in managing ground-up and renovation projects in the New York area, we encourage you to apply
