Environmental Cleaning Specialist

Job Summary:We are seeking a Environmental Cleaning Specialist to work in our CompactorChute Cleaning to maintain a clean and safe environment in our building. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating the compactor and maintaining the trash chute and compactor room.Responsibilities:-Operate the compactor and ensure all trash from the building is properly disposed of.-Maintain the trash chute and compactor room to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met.-Perform preventative maintenance of the compactor and report any issues or needed repairs to maintenance personnel.-Assist with other cleaning tasks as needed, including sweeping and mopping of common areas.-Observe all safety guidelines and protocol while operating compactor and chute.Qualifications:-Previous experience operating a trash compactor and working with garbage disposal equipment-Attention to detail and ability to keep work area clean and organized-Ability to regularly lift and stand for extended periods of time-Able to communicate effectively and follow instructions reliably.
