Key Responsibilities Plan, manage, execute, and report on compliance audits across global operations. Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of compliance audit staff, fostering their career growth. Identify and address key compliance risks in areas such as sales, marketing, privacy laws, and anti-corruption. Ensure adherence to corporate policies, local regulations, and industry standards. Communicate audit findings and actionable recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders. Drive continuous improvement by introducing innovative best practices to enhance efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and address business risks. Recruit and coach high-performing Senior Compliance Auditors to build a strong team. Key Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees (e.g., MBA, JD) or certifications (CFE, CPA) are a plus. Experience: 8-10 years of related experience, preferably in the life sciences industry with global exposure. Technical Skills: Proficiency in analytical tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, SQL, or Qlik. Expertise: Strong knowledge of healthcare compliance, pharmaceutical sales, marketing programs, and anti-corruption laws. Leadership: Proven ability to recruit, coach, and lead high-performing teams. Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with all levels of the organization. Project Management: Strong time management and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
