Key Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees (e.g., MBA, JD) or certifications (CFE, CPA) are a plus. Experience: 8-10 years of related experience, preferably in the life sciences industry with global exposure. Technical Skills: Proficiency in analytical tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, SQL, or Qlik. Expertise: Strong knowledge of healthcare compliance, pharmaceutical sales, marketing programs, and anti-corruption laws. Leadership: Proven ability to recruit, coach, and lead high-performing teams. Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with all levels of the organization. Project Management: Strong time management and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
