Working with the Knowledge Management (KM) and Innovation Officer and the KM Supervisor of Technology, the Intern will provide administrative assistance to the KM team, working on systems and strategies within the Firm's transactional departments (the "Groups").Responsibilities Assist with curation and management of practice area knowledge portals (SharePoint) to ensure they provide an up-to-date repository of group knowledge and resources. Assist with user management and usage audits of practice specific technology, such as DocuSign, Kira, Jigsaw, Legatics, and HighQ. Assist with special projects related to Generative AI and emerging legal technologies. Update legal research and deal data databases. Update Knowledge Management's PowerPoint decks to reflect the latest developments in the department's strategy and resources. Participate in regular meetings with the Knowledge and Innovation Officer and KM Supervisor of Technology to facilitate the sharing of best practices and knowledge.Qualifications Current college student or recent college graduate. Proficient in relevant Firm software programs (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) with ability to learn new software and systems. Highly effective verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interface at all levels of the Firm. Ability to take initiative and work independently, as well as collaborate and work well in a team-oriented environment. Strategic thinker with excellent project management skills. Ability to thrive in fast paced environment with client service orientation.This internship will run from June 2, 2025, through July 25, 2025.This position will require physical presence in Proskauer's offices on a regular basis (at least 3x per week, or more, if it becomes the policy of the Firm or as business needs require). The anticipated compensation for this position is $17.50 per hour.
