Job DetailsJob LocationHempstead NY AD Location - Hempstead, NYPosition TypeFull TimeSalary Range$58,000.00 - $75,000.00 Base+CommissionyearJob ShiftDayJob CategorySalesDescriptionSales RepresentativeAs a leader in the residential solar industry, Trinity Solar prides itself on its ability to understand the needs of our customers, provide top notch service and support on all our installations, and contribute to a cleaner planet.Solar is expected to grow 400% in the next 2 years, so now is the time to join our high performing sales team as we focus on continuing to grow our business.Responsibilities:Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries and leads generated through marketing efforts or referralsInitiate contact with potential customers who have not yet expressed interest, using a persuasive and informative approachConduct thorough discovery conversations to uncover pain points, challenges, and goals of potential customersListen actively and ask relevant questions to gather comprehensive informationPresent solutions that directly address the prospect's identified needs and align with their objectivesOvercome objections and negotiate terms to bring about successful closuresMaintain focus on achieving and exceeding assigned sales quotasRegularly update CRM systems with accurate and detailed information obtained during interactions with prospectsContinuously prospect for new leads and opportunities within the designated territory to ensure a healthy pipeline of potential salesCustomize demonstrations to highlight features and capabilities most relevant to the prospect's needsAddress questions and concerns effectively during and after the demo to maintain interest and move the sales process forwardRequired Qualifications:Proven inside sales experienceDemonstrated ability to over-achieve quota consistentlyStrong phone and in-home presenceProficient with CRM systems and video conferencing toolsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsEffective listener with strong presentation capabilitiesAbility to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficientlyPreferred Qualifications:Solar sales experience is a definite plusOur sales representatives come from all types of industries.
