The RoleWe're looking for a Permit Operations Manager to own process and tooling along with supporting hiring and enablement efforts for the permitting team. This role will report to the Head of Permitting.Craft playbooks and processes to ensure high quality permitting outcomesMaintain internal no-code tooling and implement new tools as neededCollaborate with internal teams to build metrics and dashboards for monitoring SLAs, and KPIsResponsible for running deep dives on past project to spot opportunities for better project outcomes, and translating that back to playbooks and toolingSupport our Head of Permitting and Account Leads in monitoring active projects to ensure SLA adherence and high quality outcomesHelp design effective interview processes optimizing for talent density on the teamPlan and implement ongoing training & change management processes for project managers Who You Are5+ years experience in architecture, engineering, or construction (AEC) operationsStrong project management fundamentals to manage deadlines across teamsExperience designing and refining playbooks to scale operational processesSupported hiring processes for AEC roles Nice To HaveExperience with permittingExperience in startuptech environmentFamiliarity with low or no code tools, SQL and BI tools
