Return profiles span investment grade, sub-investment grade, and opportunistic credit. As one of the world's largest and most experienced credit managers globally, we deliver flexible, specialized capital solutions to borrowers, and attractive risk-adjusted returns to our investors.The Infrastructure Credit team manages capital on behalf of Brookfield Wealth Solutions ("BWS"), closed-ended funds, and separately managed third-party accounts. BWS is the insurance arm of Brookfield with a permanent, evergreen, and rapidly growing capital base, with AUM of over $100 billion with substantial growth expected in the future.Position Summary:Based in New York, Brookfield is seeking a candidate to work as part of the Infrastructure Credit team, supporting the origination, execution and management of infrastructure credit and structured equity investments for funds managed by Brookfield Credit.Responsibilities: Lead due diligence including comprehensive credit and project finance analysesOversee the development and review of detailed financial modelsConduct asset, corporate, and industry researchAssess legal risks and conduct documentation reviewPreparation of investment committee presentation materialsLead the sourcing and screening for new investment opportunitiesInteract with management teams and key stakeholdersNetwork and develop new investment ideas to grow the businessMonitor new and existing investmentsAssist with special projects as requiredRequirements:Bachelor's degree with an excellent academic recordMinimum 7 years of experience in Investment Banking or comparable experienceStrong economic, financial and data analysis skillsStrong understanding of discounted cash flows, financial statements, interest rate risks and equity valuationExceptional attention to detail and ability to learn quicklyAbility to multi-task and work in fast paced-environmentStrong relationship and communication skillsCapable of organizing high caliber presentation materialsGood understanding of complex legal, financial and business issues as related to sourcing, structuring and financingSelf-motivated individual focused on building a business for the long-termBrookfield is committed to maintaining a Positive Work Environment that is safe and respectful; our shared success depends on it.
