Senior Investor Relations Analyst

Kimco is seeking candidates for a Senior Investor Relations Analyst role to work out of their Jericho, NY Corporate office. Candidates are not required to have Investor Relations experience. As a Senior Investor Relations Financial Analyst, you will work on the following:Preparation andor detail review of all investor presentations, quarterly earnings callsEnsuring the company's investor relations public website and internal company webpage remain current and relevantQuarterly review and detailed analysis of earnings, peer results and disclosures, NAV models, earnings models and analysis of portfolio and operating fundamentalsParticipating in preparing andor detail reviewing the company's quarterly financial supplement, board reporting package, and portfolio demographics fileReview and reporting on institutional shareholder activityG&A budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysisParticipation in the preparation of Annual Reports, Proxy Statement, and Annual Shareholder MeetingResponding to analyst and investor inquiriesPreparation and review of company press releasesParticipation in shareholder engagement & outreach activitiesOther ad hoc assignmentsRequirements:Commercial Real Estate experience preferred but not requiredIndividual with at least 2-3 years professional experience in Accounting, Finance andor Investor Relations, CPA preferred.the high-quality work productStrong business writing skills with attention to detailAbility to professionally interact with colleagues, management, and field personnel. Highly visible role with regular interaction with executive and senior managementExperience managing others and detail reviewing the work of othersStrong Excel and PowerPoint skills required. Experience using Adobe InDesign, Factset and S&P Capital IQ, preferredExcellent communication, presentation, networking and interpersonal skillsProactive, organized, accurate, thorough, and able to consistently meet deadlines with a high-quality work productStrong business writing skills with attention to detailAbility to professionally interact with colleagues, management, and field personnel. Highly visible role with regular interaction with executive and senior managementThe expected salary range for this position is between $75,000 and $125,000.
