IT Product Manager, Digital & Product Engineering

DescriptionAbout the roleWe are looking for a Product Manager - Digital and Product Engineering to help enhance and support various Marketing and Digital applications. This person will have a hands-on role in the development, maintenance, and execution of digital programs and website development projects. Additionally, this person will participate in the migration of the program to a new platform working with technology teams to architect the new solution.This person will be able to work well with technology teams, analysts, creatives, experience teams, and client-side digital marketing teams. The ideal candidate will bring past experience and a passion for high volume, seamless and frictionless user experience on website to help improve website performance, user experience, patient conversion. This role reports to the Director, Digital and Product Engineering and is a hybrid role with a flexible work arrangement out of our Vienna, VA or Raleigh, NC offices.You WillProvide expertise in system and data architecture marketing automation processes and website developmentManage ongoing web development implementation, troubleshoot system errors, and provide user supportDiscover known and unmet customer needs and possible featurefunctionality concepts that meet those needs; gathering input from a variety of internal and external sources to define product concepts (analyzing competitors and market conditions to evaluate and articulate application of design and technology to the unmet customer need).Develop business case(s), including financial impact and benefits statements, to support featurefunctionality concepts and sell the concepts to internal audiences through persuasive oral and written municate and collaborate with business and marketing stakeholders to inform, adjust and shape prioritization of capabilities that improve the user experience; balancing priorities across Digital and Marketing product to identifyrecommendprioritize key opportunities and trade-offs.Identify high-level business needs through outreach to key stakeholders and business partners and build user stories associated with these requirementsPrioritize backlogs supporting Digital and Marketing initiative and scrum teamsPrioritize features, functions and data as needed within Digital municate data and functional requirements to the technology development teamsDeveloping, adapting, and conveying the product vision to your Scrum teamConducting product release planning sessions with the Scrum teamExecute development and advanced configuration activities within the website platform Identify project risks and present alternatives to alleviate or resolve issuesOversee new data and data integrations in the platform Investigate and resolve bugsissues related to Digital initiatives About You A bachelor's degree in a computer related field, or the equivalent combination of education, skills and experience. 5 + years' hands on experience in high volume website, ecommerce development platform preferably in Healthcare domainExperience in smart appointment scheduling, Patient Portal is preferredExperience working with large data sets and databasesExperience working in the Digital HealthcareRetail industry is a plusAbility to form partnerships with various stakeholders (product managers, creative, development, etc.) Strong development experience in Digital and Marketing application domainExcellent communication skills - verbal and written.Ability to handle shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial.Familiarity with digital, physical, and mobile customer journeys.Strong leadership profile demonstrated prioritization and negotiation skills.Able to operate effectively in areas of uncertainty, ambiguity and conflict to focus and deliver against business goals.Track record of taking ownership and driving results at various levels of professional experience.Knowledge of Confluence, Jira, CICD and PPM toolsFamiliarity with Digital Technologies, Google Analytics, Marketing Automation Tools, CRM (Braze, Sale Force, Adobe), CMS ( Acquia, Drupal, Sitecore) and Mobile application development Grow with Us Career Development and Training Opportunities Participate in a comprehensive benefits package including medical and dental coverage, tax-free savings plans, life insurance and moreParticipate in our Vision coverage and associate discounts on our productsParticipate in our 401(k) with competitive company match Accrue PTO and paid holidays from day oneIntroduction MyEyeDr. How do you see yourself today?
