Gotham Gym is a high-profile gym seeking a Group Fitness Director. We are looking for a driven, organized, high energy superstar to join our community. We offer a competitive salary commensurate with experience and ability to travel.Requirements:Fluent in EnglishExcellent management and organizational skillsAbility to effectively generate and oversee large group fitness classesExcellent customer service skills with ability to provide genuine interactions and engagement with clientsResponsibilities:Manage group boxing classes scheduleEnsure classes are filledEnsure classes start on timeRecruit and train instructors to teach Gotham Gym branded classesSchedule instructorsEnsure instructors arrive prior to class start time to allow time to greet all clients and help acclimate new participantsEnsure instructors choose appropriate music with high energy and regularly updated and modified playlistsActively participate in training sessions, designated meetings and special events*Free membership to the gym is included during the duration of your employment.Please submit your resume for consideration.
