Endeavor is also the majority owner of TKO Group Holdings (NYSE: TKO), a premium sports and entertainment company comprising UFC and WWE.What You'll Do:The primary focus of the Platform Account Management team is to support our client base of global content and media rights-holders during their journey through our ecosystem, helping them leverage our technologies and services to extract the best value out of them and ultimately enabling them to achieve their goals. PAM are a Technical team at the intersection of business and broad terms, it's the PAMs responsibility to help content owners translate their ideas into executable roadmap and deliverable items, steer them to best practices, encourage them to find strategic product & services compromises that fit the strengths of the existing platform set, and help them more broadly understand the digital ecosystem they exist within.This role will require operational, technical, commercial & product sensitivity and will play a key role in helping Endeavor Streaming scale its customer base over the next few years.Key Responsibilities and AccountabilitiesAttend project status meetings with Project Management team and CustomersManage and lead technical discussion with customers and their relevant technical teamsReview feature requests, technical needs & requirements of existing customer book of businessLiaise with Product Development, Engineering and Operations Departments to validate solutions for client deliverablesDocument customer use cases and requirements for new deliverables and feature requestsProvide feedback from customers to Product Development Department for possible productservice enhancementsProvide feedback to Commercial Account Managers regarding recommendations for productsservices that existing customers are not utilizing that would be beneficial to them for up-sells and cross-sellsDeliver presentations and demonstrations of productsservices to customersDeliver training and technical consultation to customers to assist in uptake of platformBuild and update customer-facing user guides and documentationBuild and update internal-facing process guides and product knowledgebaseDocument technical integration designs for new customer implementationsAddress productservice-related customer questionsrequests for informationMaintain updated knowledge of our products and services and newemerging technologies that we may need to recommendintegrate with to meet our customer's needsWorking Conditions:Permanent, NY Park Avenue SouthWorking Hours: 9am-5pmWorking Days: Mon- Fri - Hybrid WorkingDepartment: Platform Account ManagementReports To: Technical Account DirectorDirect Reports: Lead Platform Account ManagerPlease Note e.g., shift pattern typeunsocial hourstravel etc.Occasional unsociable hours to support client events and escalationsOccasional travelingYou Have These:Background in Technical Support or Software Engineering & Product DevelopmentExperience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentalityExperience communicating with external stakeholders (customers) in a professional capacityExcellent writing skills are a must, experience of writing technical documentation or user guides is a bonusStrong client facing experience in Account Management, Business Analyst, Product andor Project Management positionsStrong client focused communication skillsStrong organizational and collaborative skillsAbility to multi-task and coordinate work efforts across multiple groupsFearlessness and pro-activeness.A restless mind that will anticipate and fix problems.A relentless attention to detail.An understanding of, and interest in all OTT relevant technologies and associated delivery mechanismsKnowledge of the wider sports, entertainment, events, and representation sectors.A relentless and passionate work ethic coupled with an ambition to grow and embrace new challenges.Relevant experience in Video Streaming or BroadcastDigital Media would be highly beneficial.The ability to develop simple scripts to call and understand REST APIs is a bonus.Qualifications and TrainingBA or BS degree in related field is not mandatory, but relevantIT proficiency across multiple systems and platforms.Jira, Confluence, Asana, etc.Microsoft Office proficiency.ITIL, PM or Agile certifications are highly beneficialBroad technical proficiencyEndeavor unites and brings people together in our love of sport, culture, and entertainment. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.Hiring Range Minimum:$58,500 annuallyHiring Range Maximum: $70,000 annually
