Your primary responsibilities will include:Clinical Work:Provide intensive, individualized therapy and case management services in line with students' IEPs (Individualized Education Programs) or IAPs (Individual Academic Plans).Develop, implement, and monitor treatment goals to address students' needs.Conduct IM+CANS mental health assessments and maintain accurate progress notes for all therapy sessions.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure that all interventions are clinically informed and consistent with each student's treatment terpersonal Collaboration:Communicate regularly with parents, faculty, and other partners to track student progress and provide support for families.Participate in team meetings and work closely with educators to ensure that therapeutic interventions are integrated into students' daily school experiences.Documentation:Write and track treatment goals, progress reports, and other required documentation in accordance with school policies and regulatory guidelines.Professional Development:Benefit from clinical supervision and training, allowing for continued growth and opportunities for licensure support and graduate extern supervision.Qualifications:Licensed Psychologist (Ph.D. or Psy.D.), Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), School Social Worker, Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Marriage Family Therapist (LMFT) fully licensed or accruing hours for licensure.Master's or Doctorate degree in a relevant field.Experience working with students with Emotional Disabilities andor Autism.Trauma-informed clinical experience is preferred.Mental & Physical Demands:Ability to manage a varied caseload, balancing direct clinical services with documentation and collaboration.Strong organizational and communication skills to interact effectively with students, families, and staff.Must be able to supervise students in a school setting and engage in interventions as needed during behavioral crises.Are You Ready to Make a Difference?If you're a licensed therapist who is dedicated to helping children and adolescents navigate emotional and behavioral challenges, this may be the perfect opportunity for you!
