Beverage - Cocktail Server (Pt)

Greet and serve alcoholic and non-alcohol drinks to guest to enhance guest enjoyment of the Casino.Essential Job Functions:Greet and serve guests in a friendly, courteous manner;Receive and understand beverage orders & relay drink orders to bartenders;Know what brands of liquor, beer and wine we offer as "comped" beverages;Carry and balance a full tray of beverages;Keep glasses picked up, area clear of paper, and other debris as time permits;Circulate throughout assigned workstation on a continuous basis;Never serve two drinks at the same time to one person - never a beer and a shot;Be aware of intoxicated guests; stay up-to-date on care training;Other reasonable duties as assignedEDUCATION andor EXPERIENCE:High SchoolGED preferred6 months related experience minimum.Preferred:Bilingual a plusCERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:Must be able to obtainmaintain any necessary certifications andor licenses as required by local gaming regulations.KNOWLEDGESKILLSABILITIES:Must be able to carry and balance trays and lift up to 30 lbs.Able to walk the duration of assigned shift and wear approved designated heal for shoesAbility to handle high volume and stressful situationsExcellent guest service communication skillsExposure to smoke, bright lights, and noise at times - casino environmentBenefitsDental, & VisionVolunteer Time Off,Ventra Program401K + Employer MatchPaid Time OffTuition ReimbursementSalary Range:$9.50-15.75 +Tips
