As a US-based warranty provider, we provide expertise in safety and homecare to our customers. Our integrated solutions meet customer needs both inside and outside the home. Inside the home we protect critical aspects of home function such as plumbing, heating and cooling, appliances, power surges, hot water heater, and interior electrical. Outside the home we provide protection for critical lines (water, gas, wells, sewers, electric and septic). We primarily go to market B2B2C, partnering mostly with watergaselectric utilities and municipalities to offer our product leveraging their brand for marketing and often adding our subscription fee to the watergaselectric bill itself. Position SummaryWe are seeking a Senior Manager, Brand Marketing to support the development and execution of Oncourse Home Solutions' brand strategy across key stakeholders, including customers, partners, employees, and service providers. Reporting to the Head of Brand Marketing, this individual contributor role will play a pivotal part in bringing our brand to life through strategic marketing initiatives, brand reputation management, and the execution of key brand-building efforts. The Senior Manager, Brand Marketing will collaborate closely with internal teams and external agency partners to ensure brand consistency across all channels, enhance brand perception, and support go-to-market strategies. This individual will also help develop marketing materials, manage brand-related communications, and oversee brand marketing activations across digital and offline touchpoints. This position requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with the ability to drive initiatives forward while ensuring alignment with overall business goals. This role is based in Naperville, IL office. A regular in-office hybrid model (generally T-Th in office, M&F remote) is required, as our office environment is a key driver of our company culture and employee experience. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Brand Strategy & Activation Support the Head of Brand Marketing in defining and implementing the Oncourse brand strategy across customer, partner, employee, and service provider audiences. Ensure brand positioning and messaging are consistently applied across all marketing channels. Activate the brand at key touchpoints within the customer journey, including enrollment, account management, and claims. Contribute to the development of brand guidelines for the Oncourse portfolio, including American Water Resources and Oncourse Home Solutions. Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer experience teams to ensure the brand promise is reflected across all touchpoints. Brand Reputation & Public Relations Support efforts to enhance Oncourse's reputation by managing presence on review platforms like Google, Trustpilot, and Yelp, working to improve ratings and customer sentiment. Assist in coordinating crisis communications and brand reputation initiatives in partnership with the Crisis Management Team (OCRT) and external PR firms. Partner with PR agencies to support media outreach and thought leadership efforts that elevate brand visibility. Marketing Execution & Creative Development Work with external creative agencies to develop compelling brand assets, ensuring alignment with brand strategy. Support the creation of B2B and B2B2C marketing materials, including partner collateral, customer testimonials, and co-branded assets. Ensure brand messaging and creative execution align with Oncourse's marketing strategy and business objectives. Assist in managing the brand marketing budget and tracking ROI on brand investments. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Digital Engagement Collaborate with HR and social media marketing to strengthen Oncourse's LinkedIn presence and employer brand. Work with internal teams to ensure consistency in internal communications and executive brand-building efforts. Support customer segmentation and persona initiatives to refine brand messaging and improve marketing effectiveness. We're Excited If This Is YouExperience and Qualifications of the Role 6+ years of experience in brand marketing, with a strong track record of executing brand strategies across B2B2C or subscription-based businesses. Strong understanding of brand management principles, customer segmentation, and performance-driven marketing. Experience working with PR and creative agencies to drive brand awareness and reputation. Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, managing multiple projects and priorities. Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to translate brand strategies into measurable outcomes. Experience in membership, insurance, or home services marketing is a plus. Prior experience in B2B2C marketing and partner collaboration is highly desirable. Computer Skills Needed to Perform the Job Proficiency in Microsoft and Google Suites, marketing analytics tools, and creative platforms including Figma.Education Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required. The base pay range for this position is $115,000 - $165,000 USD Annual. The specific pay offered will depend on qualifications, experience, education and skill set. The compensation offered may also include an annual performance-based bonus, sales incentive plan or commission target.
