The Spirit of the Position: The Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to the management team. We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized person to join our team. Job Duties: Answer telephone calls promptly and provide excellent customer service for clients, customers, employees, applicants, and managers. Enter and exit valet tickets into our system software. Provide support and assistance to the manager with overall office management. Maintain office supply inventories and process orders as needed. Open and distribute mail daily. Run miscellaneous errands including banking needs, daily USPS and FEDEX drop offs. Assist with ordering and setting up devices. Manage device distribution and maintain inventory of devices. Assist in creating IT tickets for Managers. Order and maintain records of SFPD permits. Prepare end-of-day shift reports and receipts. Schedules meetings for management staff as needed. Receives, distributes, and organizes incoming and outgoing correspondence and files. Other related duties as assigned. Education: High school diploma or GED required. Experience: Professional demeanor and excellent customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Must have a neat appearance and be well-groomed. Effective interpersonal and oral communication skills Ability to analyze and solve problems. Able to follow he LAZ way & Values. Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams - General Microsoft Office Apps Skills: Excellent phone, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to communicate professionally and effectively. Ability to encourage open expressions of ideas and opinions. Demonstrates a sense of urgency and timeliness. Demonstrate the ability to seek improvement. Ability to interpret policies, procedures, and standard business practices. Excellent teambuilding and interpersonal skills. Physical Demands: Ability to lift, push and pull at least 25 pounds. Ability to stand and walk for periods of time. Ability to bend, stoop, squat and left frequently throughout a shift.
