Our technology improves the overall experience of patient billing and engagement, enabling providers to thrive in a constantly evolving environment while helping patients understand the cost of their care.We are looking for a Product Manager for Cedar Pay, the company's foundational product. This person will sit on our Patients Pillar, helping to drive cost savings for our end customers (health systemshospitals), improve the patient journey through funnel optimization, and help scale the product. The ideal candidate has experience with AB testing, optimizing funnel experiences, and working directly with large B2B enterprise customers to scale solutions. At a high-level, the role will involve:Product Discovery: driving product discovery with providers, patients, and our internal teams to identify problems worth solving and validating solutions.Product development: working with your squad (design, engineering, and data science) to execute on the roadmap to drive key outcomes for customersLaunch + GTM scaling: Design a feature roll out process and collaborate cross functionally with Product Success, Product Operations, and Commercial for a successful releaseCollaborating with commercial teams, clients and partners: manage relations with commercial + client teams to gain an understanding of the key problems to focus on and how we plan to solve them. ResponsibilitiesSupport scoping of features on the roadmap by assisting with discovery and desk researchWrite product specs that outline functional requirements, design and technical considerations, and measurement strategies for the MVP of a feature on the product roadmapCreate tickets with clear user stories and acceptance criteria for your squad's Design, Data Science, and Engineering counterparts to execute onDefine and execute rollout strategies that successfully launch new features to our usersDefine and own testing and QA strategies to increase confidence in a feature's success Monitor feature performance and identify potential enhancements for future iterations based on quantitative analysis and qualitative feedback from our usersCross functionally collaborate with Cedar's Commercial team to socialize feature benefits and provide guidance on the adoption process Required Skills & Experience4+ years of Product Management work experienceExperience working with enterprise customers to ship and scale productsExperience with AB testing, optimization, and agile developmentStrong interpersonal, project management, and organizational skillsEffective communicator with cross functional teams and external customersThrives in ambiguity and fast-paced environmentsCurious about user problems and proactively willing to investigate on issuesAbility to use data and structured thinking to identify opportunitiesEmbodies a can-do attitude and passionate about serving patientsBonus QualificationsTechnical background, experience with SQL and excel Prior knowledge of the healthcare space (healthcare providers, insurance companies, tech companies...)Compensation Range and BenefitsSalary Range: $144,500 - $170,000This role is equity eligibleThis role offers a competitive benefits and wellness package*Subject to experience, and educationWhat do we offer to the ideal candidate?A chance to improve the U.S. healthcare system at a high-growth company!
