Role Summary Ourisman Automotive Group is seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Wholesale Parts Outside Sales Representative to join our team and help drive growth and customer satisfaction. In this role you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our existing wholesale customers while actively seeking out new business opportunities. This role involves visiting customers, listening to their needs, addressing concerns, and promoting the extensive wholesale parts inventory.More about the roleDevelop and maintain strong relationships with existing wholesale parts customers to ensure satisfaction and continued business.Identify and solicit new customers to grow the wholesale parts operation.Conduct regular in-person visits to customer locations, addressing concerns, providing solutions, and showcasing the benefits of purchasing from Ourisman Automotive Group.Promote the full range of OEM and aftermarket parts available, highlighting quality, availability, and competitive pricing.Collaborate with the wholesale parts team to ensure customer orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.Provide feedback from customers to management to improve product offerings, pricing strategies, and service levels.Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new product launches to better serve customer needs.What we look forProven experience in automotive parts sales, preferably in a wholesale or outside sales role.Strong understanding of automotive parts, inventory systems, and dealership operations.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.Valid driver's licenseBenefitsHealth, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance optionsShort-term and Long-term disability insurance 401(k) plan with company matchPaid time off and holiday leaveOpportunities for professional development and growthOurisman Automotive Group is an equal opportunity employer.
