If you have a passion for the automotive industry and have proven success in online sales, we want to hear from you!Job Summary:The Internet Sales Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of our dealership's online sales strategy, including managing incoming leads, digital marketing efforts, and customer engagement through online channels. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in digital sales strategies, lead conversion, and exceptional customer service skills to drive business growth and profitability.Key Responsibilities:Lead Management: Oversee and manage all online leads (via website, email, and social media platforms), ensuring prompt follow-up and effective communication to maximize lead conversion.Sales Strategy: Develop and implement digital marketing and sales strategies to drive online traffic, increase lead generation, and promote vehicle sales.Customer Engagement: Maintain exceptional customer service levels by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth transition from online lead to in-store visit.Team Leadership: Supervise and support the internet sales team to ensure all tasks are performed efficiently and in line with dealership goals.Performance Tracking: Analyze sales data and lead conversion metrics to assess the effectiveness of sales strategies and make improvements.Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Service) to ensure a cohesive approach to customer experience and sales ventory Management: Ensure that the online inventory is up to date and aligned with the physical lot stock.Qualifications:Experience: 3+ years of experience in internet sales, automotive sales, or related field (preferably within the automotive industry).Leadership: Proven ability to lead a team and work cross-functionally with various departments.Tech-Savvy: Strong proficiency with CRM systems, digital marketing tools, and social media munication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage customers online effectively.Customer-Centric: Focused on delivering an outstanding customer experience from start to finish.Analytical Skills: Ability to track and measure performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.Automotive Knowledge: Strong understanding of Subaru vehicles and their features is a plus.Bachelor's Degree: Preferred, but not required.Benefits:Competitive Salary and Performance-Based BonusHealth, Dental, and Vision InsurancePaid Time Off (PTO)401(k) with Employer MatchEmployee Discounts on Subaru Vehicles and ServicesOngoing Professional Development and Training
