Location: NYCSalary: $80,000.00 - US$90,000.00 per year, alongside uncapped commission structureWorking Pattern: Hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 WFH)About Sutton Place Strategies (SPS):SPS is an award-winning provider of actionable data and analytics tailored for private equity (PE) and M&A professionals to optimize business development and deal sourcing efforts.Key Responsibilities: Sales Development:Identify and engage prospective clients within the private equity space. Utilize a consultative approach to understand their needs and present tailored solutions. Relationship Building:Foster strong relationships with clients and industry professionals, acting as a trusted advisor to guide them in maximizing the value of our platform. Market Insight:Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and client needs to effectively position SPS in the market. Collaboration:Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align strategies and ensure seamless customer experiences. Performance Tracking:Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecast opportunities, and track performance against targets using our CRM system. Continuous Improvement:Engage in ongoing learning and skill development to enhance personal performance and contribute to team success. Requirements Experience:Minimum 2 years of experience, preferably selling related solutions in the financial services or private equity sector. Proven Track Record:Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth. Interpersonal Skills:Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with a knack for engaging stakeholders at all levels. Adaptability:Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapting strategies as needed to meet evolving client needs and market conditions. Team Player:Willingness to collaborate with colleagues across departments, sharing insights and supporting collective goals.
