Manager, Presentations & Initiatives About this opportunity... Manager, Presentations & Initiatives is responsible for managing 1-2 direct reports. This role acts as liaison between Merchants and Support teams in New York, Dublin, and multiple DCs on Merchandising initiatives or Business needsrequests. These can be driven by either Merchants or Support teams. In addition, this role provides Merchant support for purchase order structure as it relates to efficiencies in the supply chain and newdifferent order requests. The Manager, Presentations & Initiatives will leverage communication skills, relationship building, and training material creation in support of Merchandising end-to-end process. Responsible for maintaining high standards, consistency, accuracy and timely work. The base salarypay range for this role is $90,300 - $120,000. The base salarypay range is dependent on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, qualifications, relevant education, certifications, seniority, and location. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards vary by position and location. What you will do and what you will learn... Responsible for the management and development of 1-2 direct reports who oversee daily ad hoc MerchantSupport requests, run analysis, and track team activity. Proactively manages Merchant expectations; sets high performance standards, holds team to agreed-upon deadlines and provides actionable feedback. Document & maintain processes. Collaborate with key Support partners in order to create and train a single version of the truth for Merchants to support Merchandising end-to-end process. Create and maintain Merchant manuals for businesses with uniquecomplex PO needs. Identify & maintain area-specific MerchantVendor best practices for purchase order writing. Recognize, in partnership with Director, process need based on team's ad hoc efforts. Lead large ad hoc Merchant or Business requests that have a larger impact to Supply Chain or involves multiple Merchant teams. This includes projectprocess work, as well as a focus on uniquelargesensitive complex buys. Projectprocess work to include those requested by the business as well as those recognized by the team. Manage repeatable process work including analysis & recommendations. Includes reviewingupdating security tagging, fast SKUs, branded & luxury handbags, and more. Must maintain proficiency in all merchandising systems, Microsoft Office (specifically Excel, PowerPoint). What you need to be successful... Bachelor's degree required. Demonstrated ability to drive work of self & others. Demonstrated proficiency in decision-making and prioritizing. Highly effective verbal & written communication. Ability to strategically plan and execute. Strong PC skills, with an emphasis on effective training materials in PowerPoint & Excel analysis. 5 years' work experience.
