Full Time Dental Treatment Plan Coordinator

We are excited to announce that we are seeking an experienced Dental Treatment Plan Coordinator role to join our well-established practice.Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the dental office- Schedule and confirm patient appointments- Answer phone calls and provide assistance to patients with inquiries or concerns- Collect and update patient information, including medical history and insurance details- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining patient records- Coordinate treatment plans with dentists and other healthcare professionals- Educate patients on dental procedures, treatment options, and financial arrangements- Ensure a smooth flow of patients through the office by managing schedules and coordinating with the dental team```Qualifications: ```- Previous experience in a Dental Treatment Plan Coordinator role or similar position strongly preferred- Proficiency in using Dentrix or other dental practice management software- Knowledge of implant treatment plans a plus!- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail- Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong understanding of insurance and patient financial options is a must- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment- Comfortable using phone systems for scheduling and patient communicationWe offer an excellent compensation and benefits package including health insurance.
